..She has operated the salon under my administration since January 2004. Barbara is a skilled and talented cosmetologist who has proven herself to be a very capable salon owner and manager. Her responsibilities are to manage and staff a professional Salon that provides all of the typical hair styling, barbering nails and related services to our residents, employees, and outside clientele. Barbara is particularly sensitive and responsive to the needs and preferences of our resident population of frail elderly seniors. I have been pleased with her ability to develop positive relationships with residents and their families, as well as the staff of Madison House.

Barbara Bollinger is the owner of our salon at Aegis Lodge at Totem Lake. She has been a valued vendor with Aegis since 1999. She and her staff are respectful and patient with our residents and show their commitment to them daily. Barbara on many occasions has gone out of her way to come in and help with accommodating our residents. One instance in particular, one of our residents was attending a last minute wedding and Barbara was called in from Eastern Washington to help with getting the resident beautiful for the special day. Barbara and her staff have been flexible and extremely helpful in making our residents happy. She has changed her schedule to accommodate myself and other residents many times as our Doctor appointments and bus trips have come up. In regards to Barbara Bollinger, what can I say
.she and her staff are simply amazing! I have worked with her for several months now and have found her to be both talented (my residents look FANTASTIC) and she is very personable. She always comes up and says hello to my tours. I don't think I have ever seen her without a smile or a hug to share. I think our ladies see her not because they have to but because they want to.

During the time I have worked with Barbara and her staff, I have never once had to deal with any salon situation. Her well trained staff, is efficient, competent, and honest in their dealings with our residents. Barbara has been very helpful with marketing, often helping with tours, and planning community functions.
